Born in Skopje, Bisera Chadlovska graduated in orchestral conducting from the Faculty of Music in 2001, in the class of Professor Fimcho Muratovski, and continued postgraduate studies at the Pancho Vladigerov National Academy of Music in Sofia with maestro Plamen Djouroff.

Her professional work at the Macedonian Opera and Ballet began in 2002. After working as chorus master and assistant conductor, she conducted her first premiere, Cimarosa’s Il matrimonio segreto, at Skopje Summer in 2005. She became principal conductor in 2006 and served as artistic director of the Opera from 2017 to 2020.

Her repertoire spans more than 50 operas and ballets, symphonic concerts, premieres and works by Macedonian composers. She has worked with orchestras and opera companies in Macedonia, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Romania, and teaches at the Faculty of Music in Skopje.
